In which language is the counselling available?
The counselling is available in german, english and slovenian.
Can I do the counselling in person?
No, right now the only option for the counselling is online.
How can I pay for the counselling?
You can pay for the counselling via PayPal. If you don’t have it then contact me and I will give you the bank information for the money transfer.
Can I pay for the counselling after it?
No, you will receive the link for the video counselling only after I receive your payment.
Can I cancel my counselling booking?
Up to 48 hours before your appointment you can cancel your appointment without any costs. After that I will charge you 50% of the price.
Do I need any special App for the video counselling?
No, the link we send you, will open a Google meeting, but if you want a better experience, you can download the Google Meet app on your computer or phone.
Do I need to show myself on the video?
No, tell me that in advance and we can arrange the way of communication that is comfortable for you.
Can I book the counselling if I am under 18 years old?
No, right now the counselling is only available for people over 18 years old.
Are there any discounts for the students?
I will have some weeks in summer where the counselling is going to be cheaper for students.
