From a young age, I was fascinated by the complexities of the human mind. This curiosity sparked a lifelong passion that led me to pursue a career in mental health.

As a biopsychologist with a passion for understanding the mind-body connection, my journey from Slovenia to Germany and my love for exploring the world has enriched my global perspective and deepened my understanding of human diversity.

Our society often fosters stigma and judgment, leading many to feel different and inadequate. These feelings can escalate into more serious mental health issues. In such circumstances, having someone to listen, understand, and accept us unconditionally can make a world of difference.

My professional journey has been dedicated to working with individuals facing a wide range of challenges, from childhood to adulthood. During my work with diverse populations, I’ve become increasingly aware of the unique mental health needs of women during the perinatal period.

The lack of adequate support can worsen these difficulties, impacting both the mother and child. The stories of mothers who have struggled without necessary support have deeply moved me, and I am dedicated to making a meaningful difference.

As a passionate advocate for maternal well-being, currently training to become a holistic pre- and postpartum coach, I strive to provide women with the tools and resources they need to navigate the complexities of motherhood. My goal is to create a safe and supportive environment where women can openly discuss their experiences, explore their thoughts and emotions, and develop effective coping strategies.

I firmly believe that open communication and a supportive environment can empower individuals to overcome obstacles and live more fulfilling lives.
