Privacy and Comfort: I currently provide online counseling only. If you prefer to avoid using your camera during our session, please let me know in advance, and we can arrange alternative communication methods. Your privacy is my top priority. During our counseling sessions, your complete privacy is guaranteed. All information you share with me is strictly confidential. I can only breach this confidentiality in exceptional circumstances, such as if you disclose information about an immediate threat to your life or the life of another person.
Setup and Initial Consultation
For your Counselling session, we'll provide a Google Meet link.
This meeting is an opportunity to discuss your concerns, goals, and expectations for therapy. I’ll share how my approach can help you navigate the path to better mental health and overall well-being. It’s a no-pressure opportunity for us to connect and see if we’re a good match. We will assess your needs and determine if counseling is the right approach for you. There’s absolutely no obligation to continue after our consultation. Think of it as a chance for you to ask questions, get to know my style, and feel confident in your decision to prioritize yourself. If it becomes apparent that my approach isn’t the best fit for your needs, I’ll be happy to help you find a therapist who is a better match.
Booking and Cancellation
To ensure that our time is used effectively, I kindly request at least 48 hours' notice for any cancellations. If a cancellation is made within 48 hours of your appointment, a 50% cancellation fee will apply.
Eligibility
Our counseling services are currently available to individuals over 18 years old.
Student Discounts
We offer discounted rates for students during select summer months. Please inquire for specific details.
Payment
You can conveniently pay for your counseling session via PayPal. If you prefer a different method, please reach out to me directly, and I'll provide our bank information for a wire transfer.
